Shootout at Wadala: Music Album Review

Everyone has been flaunting item names; Maliaka is known as Munni, Katrina known as Sheila, Mallika as Jalebi Bai etc,  Priyanka is all set to join this brigade . In SOW album Bollywood has bestowed its glory on the Name Babli, claiming it is badmaash. The start of the song seems to be inspired from some train chase scene in 70’s flick.  With promos looking promising and John Abraham almost stealing the screen with his presence and item song with Priyanka makes it even hotter across gender. Anu Malik’s music is just apt since the movie and he belong to generation dated 20-25 years back.

It not one of those songs that you would want to listen in loop nor can play in your car loudly. But surely this is a song looks like has been added to ofer audience an eye candy experience.

With rest of the tracks yet to be released from the album, we can hope something better.

Nautanki Saala: Music Album Review

Undoubtedly, Mera Mann Kehne Laga is the USP of this album. There are four versions of this track and sure it is set to trickle in across genders and age groups.

Post Ayushmann’s successful singing debut in Vicky Donor, Bhushan Kumar and Rohan Sippy decided on making Ayushmann sing in this movie as well. Ayushmann has sung two songs in the movie that are romantic, youthful and it is connecting well with the audience.

Another catchy song that you can’t ignore is Dhak Dhak karne Laga, revived from Beta (1992) starring Madhuri Dixit. This could well turn into all girls’ party song.

Other songs are average and can be easily sidelined. The album has 13 songs in total including different versions of same track.

To sum it up, weather you include Mera Mann kehne laga in your romantic favorites or not, Ayushmann is all set to take singers stage by storm.

Aatma: Music Album Review

It goes without saying that Aatma is a horror flick thus the scope of having incredible music tracks is little unless it is a Bhatt movie!

Koi Jaagi Aankhein is the most drowsing song I have ever heard in my life.

It has 6 tracks in total sung by various new singers. Music is composed by Sangeet Haldipur Siddharth Haldipur, who can be best recalled for their decent track in Murder 2 (Tujhko Bhulaana)

All songs in the album sound situational perhaps the only track that might interest you is Jee Le Jyada. But my pick would out of this album will be Jee Le Jyada (Male version) sung by Nikhil Paul George (remember? Main kya karoon, Barfi)

In all, this music album can be skipped easily without any regrets but if you like maintaining a nice playlist then you might want considering Jee Le Jyada.

Yaaram - Ek Thi Daayan, Album review

Yaaram, just one song out from Emraan Hashmi, Huma Qureshi and Kalki starrer – Ek Thi Daayan it is set to give a change for all those who were upset with lack of original work in Bollywood music.

Song composed by Vishal Bharadwaj and penned by Gulzar (real name: Sampooran Singh Kalra)

Yaaram is a light fun song that begins with light music that is soothing and picks up the tempo in between and towards the end. It’s a wonderful song that husbands and wives would want to dedicate to each other for the fact that it involves a typical daily chores with loves infused in this song.

Go ahead and enjoy the song! and rate it out of five.

Sing along with the lyrics...Hum cheez hain bade kaam ki, Yaaram
Humein kaam pe rakh lo kabhi, Yaaram
Hum cheez hain bade kaam ki, Yaaram

Ho suraj se pehle jagayenge
Aur akhbaar ki sab surkhiyaan hum gungunayenge
Pesh karenge garm chai phir
Koi khabar aayi na pasand toh, end badal denge

Ho munh khuli jamhaai pe
Hum bajaayein chutkiyaan
Dhoop na tum ko lage
Khol denge chhatariyaan
Peechhe peechhe din bhar
Ghar daftar mein le ke chalenge hum

Tumhaari filein, tumhaari diary
Gaadi ki chaabiyan, tumhaari enakein
Tumhaara laptop, tumhaari cap
Aur apna dil, kanwaara dil
Pyaar mein haara bechara dil
Aur apna dil, kanwara dil
Pyaar mein haara, bechara dil...

Yeh kehne mein kuch risk hai, Yaaram!
Naaraz naa ho, ishq hai. Yaaram!

Ho raat savere, shaam ya dopehari
Band aankhon me le ke tumhe ungha karenge hum
Takiye chaadar mehake rehte hain
Jo tum gaye
Tumhari khushboo soongha karenge hum
O.. zulf mein phansi hui khol denge baaliyaan
Kaan khinch jaaye agar
Kha lein meethi gaaliyaan
Chunte chale pairon ke nishaan
Ki unn par aur na paanv pade

Tumhari dhadkanein, tumhari dil sune
Tumhari saans sune, lagi kapkapi
Naa gajre bune, juhi mogra toh kabhi dil
Humaara dil, pyar mein haara bechara dil
Humara dil, humara dil
Pyaar mein haara
Bechara dil.
